Fa. ree. zing.

This was a cold, cooold, week in New England. And the most amazing thing? I didn't skip miss any of my runs! 

I've decided that running when it's 20 degrees is not that bad. I know this because I ran this morning and it was 10 degrees. And it was cold. It took awhile to feel "warm" and parts of my legs were numb. I felt like I was running with water balloons hanging off my waist. Moving on! 

Here's some proof... Yes, I realize it doesn't show me running, but trust me. I did! 


Luckily, I only had to go 6 miles today. Thank YOU, Hal Higdon! And with those 6, I've wrapped up the first 3 weeks of training and have this much to go...
